About me…

Artist - Art Therapist – Supervisor - Educator.

Art has always been a part of my life. It helps me express myself, make sense of who I am, and understand the world around me. Through art, I’ve found ways to connect deeply with others and explore new ways of being. I encourage others to do the same.

I feel privileged as an art therapist, to guide and support others in creative ways, towards holistic health and wellbeing. I’ve worked in community health with youth, adults, and families facing challenges such as relationship violence, discrimination, and oppression. These experiences have fuelled my passion for social change by making creative expression and therapeutic care more accessible to all.

One of my proudest achievements has been designing and running programs in the women’s prison system, including Expressive Post: Art Therapy by Postcard.

I hold professional membership with ANZACATA, a Master of Fine Art from the Victorian College of the Arts and a Master of Art Therapy from La Trobe University in Melbourne. More recently, I’ve returned to La Trobe as an educator and researcher, helping shape the future of art therapy training and practice.
